As part of Prime’s services we offer a 24hour technical support help line to our clients. This service has shown to be a great success and very helpful to our clients, whether they are on location or not; but have you ever had technical trouble and not been able to quite understand the person on the other end of the phone because you can’t see what he’s referring too? Or been on location and not been able to call the hire company because your crew are in mid take?

No more wondering where that switch is that the technician is telling you to look for. We’ll be able to show you straight away.

We have now added Skype™ to this support service (during office hours) as a more efficient ways to communicate with our clients and help get vital information across that may be needed at short notice. Instant video consultation regarding technical support is now available via our Kit room webcam giving you a clear visual of the item or product being discussed. No more wondering where that switch is that the technician is telling you to look for. We’ll be able to show you straight away.

By adding us on Skype™ we can communicate with you simply and quickly on location, in the office or to your phone. You can send and receive files such as quotes, invoices, carnets and technical diagrams instantly.

If you are another hire facility you can check availability straight from the Kitroom. (Orders must be placed with hire).
